So Many Games

I cant get a damn thing done because Im busy being distracted. I need the momentum of having things appearing the next day. Colonies for instance. Its just a matter of getting up in the morning with a plan for the next day. simple? Mostly. Im demoralized by the way papers get published in the lab, having all reality get shifted by the fact that some too-long-here postdoc got to accompli stage. Accompli is when the boss and company decide that the story is something and then they do a ton of experiments to show that it is so. Many experiments do not support the hypothesis, or the argument just is not that compelling. Or the argument is strong but the point is unknown. Anyway I am a drag in that I cant get over having this go around around me. I cant participate in conversational jerk off sessions where people go around and around debating implications that have barely been verified. So shit I hope one of these papers gets published soon so I dont have to hear about these three trainwrecks for too much longer.
